Can't wait for tomorrow!

Tomorrow (Saturday), a great friend is taking me to a Copics class - I've loved playing with my new markers thus far, and am excited to see what all I can do with them. YEAH!!! The funny part is I've been waiting to color anything until tomorrow so I can play -as if there isn't enough that needs to be played with anyways!

Here's a simple but nice birthday card I made this weekend. Nothing real complicated but it's a fun way to show off paper and the stamp!

Is it Spring yet?

I say that only because I'm so tired of sick kids. And I am counting down the days until spring/summer so the worst of it is over. You'd think in Texas, where the climate doesn't change all that drastically, we'd be a little "safer" from flu, colds, etc. It's almost worse here!

Anyways - in anticipation of Spring, here's a card I made this past weekend. I received a bunch of bellas for Christmas, and need to start inkin' them up! This really is a precious card in real life, but for some reason, it just wouldn't photograph well. Isn't she sweet though? And I figured you could put just about any sentiment inside.

Where's my motivation?!

It seems like I'm just not getting to the things I'd like to these days...not quite sure why - but I'm here, creating some, and vowing to get back to being "regular" with my postings! I have gotten addicted to facebook, so maybe that's partly to blame ; )

Here's a card I made for Valentine's Day. The stamps are by Memory Box and I picked them up at the local stamp show a few weeks ago. I ran the background through the Cuttlebug just for some texture. There are tiny hearts stamped on the tree (sorry my picture looked better on the camera!) ...Won't this tree be fun for a bunch of different occasions (easter, baby, etc.)???

On a sad note, I had a friend who just had a baby a few weeks ago. The baby died unexpectedly in his mother's arms...please keep the family in your prayers and be thankful of every moment that you have.
